And it certainly won’t give you the chance to achieve your goals.

BodyMind Coaching

Wellness is about so much more than exercise.  It’s time to approach things differently. BodyMind coaching honors the relationship between your body and your mind. Become more grounded and connected. 

Personal Training

Working on mindset only goes so far. Learning good habits and what works best for your body can work wonders. As a certified NASM personal trainer I’ll give your wellness plan a leg up, and help you achieve goals you never thought possible.

Massage Therapy

Treating physical pain can make a huge impact. I specialize in many massage modalities including reiki, craniosacral, and medical massage, and more. I help your body to give you relief, hope, and clarity.

Women’s Wellness
