Wellness Programs for Women Who Want To Feel Better In Their Own Bodies
Oh, the joy of being a woman.
The sad thing is, you think I’m being sarcastic.
Women face so many challenges. We bear the brunt of our own guilt, shame, self-doubt, as well as external pressures. Don’t even get me started about hormones, which can wreak havoc on our psyche and body constantly. It’s a lot to handle.
Let me ask you something. When was the last time you truly felt connected to yourself?
It’s easy to feel disconnected from ourselves when trying to handle so much. And trying to get a handle on our personal wellness is often a major struggle.
But it should be a joy to be a woman.
Imagine you love yourself as much as your daughter. Your mother. Your sister. Your best friend.
Wouldn’t the mindset work be worth it to feel love for yourself coming from inside you? To feel comfort, warmth, acceptance. Love.
Love is an emotional bond so strong, so crucial to your wellness, that you cannot succeed without it.
And with love comes joy.
Find the joy of loving and caring for yourself. Turn that work out you “have to do” into something you “get to do” because you love your body. You should want to take care of her. Soon, that “get to do'' will become “I want to”.
Holistic BodyMind Wellness for Women
Symptoms are only a part of the whole. Holistic treatment goes much deeper. “Wellness” refers to more than your body— your mind and spirit need attention and recognition, too.
You want to feel better than good. You want to feel amazing in your own body. To feel empowered, and to have the tools to help yourself.
The problem is longevity. You aren’t looking for minutes, hours, or days of relief. You are looking for a lifetime of wellness.
There is a solution. You have to address your physical and emotional challenges with love, joy, and care. Loving yourself— all of you— will encourage you, inspire you, and give you a sense of relief.
But how? There’s no rulebook.
But love is the answer. With love, support, and guidance, you can free yourself from being uncomfortable in your own body.
My approach helps you see yourself through a lens of love.

Hi, I’m Tabitha. A wellness coach based in Stockbridge, Vermont.
My passion for helping people started when I was young. I was intuitively able to find where people had pain or tension. Because of this, I was drawn to massage therapy at a young age.
I love to learn as much as I can. In 2004 I graduated from Touchstone Healing Arts in South Burlington, VT.
But I didn’t stop there.
I have studied so many different modalities over the years— from Reiki and Craniosacral therapy to Orthopedic/Medical massage, and many more. In addition to massage, I’ve studied Nutrition and BodyMind Coaching.
My education is a pursued passion of mine. I embrace furthering my education consistently to help people find relief.
Now, as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, I can give you the guidance to keep your body fit so you can move forward with confidence.
Pain comes in many forms, and physical pain is often the mark of something beyond the body. I have extensive training, apart from massage therapy. Growing my experience and credentials helps me treat the issues at their source.
This has always been my calling.
I am meant to help other women.
Women like you.
Helping people is my passion, and where my own wellness journey has led me.
Let me help you live yours.
Are you ready to commit to yourself?
Maintaining your wellness is not a one-off. You can’t sign up for it, buy it, or opt for it. Instead, you have to treat it with intention and commitment. And most importantly, with love.
Your commitment to your wellness has to be from your body and mind. In other words, you have to commit on the inside as well as the out.
Wellness takes effort. It takes patience. It takes time. And yes, sometimes it takes hard work.
But most of all, it takes loving yourself for who you are.
You have to be willing to put the time and effort into taking care of yourself and giving yourself the grace to do so.
Loving yourself will be your own personal empowerment, so your self-limitations are easier to overcome.
Is it hard to imagine you can do this? I believe in you. Take a chance on yourself.
Mindset is everything.
Taking care of yourself is not selfish.
You are not wasting your time.
You are giving yourself the chance to feel whole. To feel joy. To feel fulfilled and alive. Embodied.
Finally.
It’s time to give yourself a chance.
It’s time to give yourself unconditional love.
Book a consultation, and we can chat about what’s holding you back from a life of wellness.
